I want to take this opportunity to provide my feedback and experience working with Ankia on our recent property transaction. We met Ankia in 2019 when she had listed a property in Kildare Estate, Terenure. We were viewing to buy the property from the clients. The process was so well explained (it can be complicated for first time buyers). The thoroughness and patience in taking multiple calls on our way home resulted in us putting forward an offer the same night. In 2023 we decided to sell the same property, and at this point the only person we wanted to work with was Ankia because of her professionalism. We had Ankia's contact details saved for future reference, and as fate would have it, we listed solely with her. Again, Ankia was exceptional and very professional. Ankia worked so hard and would sometimes be dealing with viewings for about 5 hours on a Saturday. We obtained a signed offer within a week of working with Ankia, and the rest is history. I just want to emphasise how phenomenal Ankia has been. Ankia loves her job and doesn't tire. Ankia goes overboard for clients (we even received professional photography as part of the process). We'll always look to list with the team and Ankia because of the experience provided.
